Consultant has read the terms and conditions of this Application and Agreement, the Immunotec Compensation Plan, and the Immunotec Business Guide, all of which are incorporated herein (the “Application” or “Agreement”) and has had the opportunity to have discussed it with his (their) attorney. Consultant understands these terms and conditions and the consequences of not abiding by them.
